Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) of order placement.

All shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are shipped via Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available. Transit times are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. For example, Next Day Air sent on a Friday would be delivered on Monday.

International Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Follow us on social media for updates on when international shipping becomes available.

General Shipping Information:

Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you do not see shipping rates for your area, please email us at support@aloha-sun.com for more information. Please ensure that the address entered at the time of order placement is correct. Aloha Sun is not responsible for any additional charges that may incur from an address change.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aloha-sun.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to our facility.

Please re-carton the products you are returning, including any applicable free gifts, your original email order confirmation, and the RA number. You may reuse the packaging materials that came with your online purchase.

Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to:

Please note that Aloha Sun does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Coupons and Discount Codes:

Coupons and discount codes must be used within the specified dates. Expired codes will not be accepted, and prior purchases do not qualify for the use of coupon/discount codes. Additionally, coupon/discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers. Free item codes must also be used within the specified dates.
